Our selection presents the delicious yet forgotten “mostarda d’uva”, a sweet fruit pickle made from the must of barbera grapes with autumn fruits. There’s also a jam made with peppers and honey, and another with pears and pine nuts and many more.

They are best served with cheese, as the union of these two products mutually emphasizes their natural characteristics. The fruit’s juiciness underlines the smoothness and flavour of the cheese, which exalts the sour and fragrant notes of the fruit.

Noteworthy is the extra jam of chilli peppers, best served with dark chocolate or a chocolate dessert - a contemporary union of tastes.
