All of our preserves are produced in special catering sizes, to meet the needs of restaurants and businesses and the sale of loose products over the counter. 

Products are packed in practical small plastic baskets, sealed and vacuum-packed with protective lids, to guarantee a practical closing and re-opening.

This container allows a safer transportation, and as it's pasteurized it may be stored at room temperature until opened, after which it should be stored in the fridge.
